Approximately 70% of my case work is with Family Law Issues, which includes divorce, custody, support and parenting time modification.  I have been a practicing attorney in Kalamazoo since 1978.  I have been a partner in 3 different law firms and 11 years ago became a soul practitioner.  Over 80% of my clients are referred by former clients or other professionals such as psychologist, attorneys and community leaders.  My practice is restricted to Kalamazoo, Van Buren, Barry Calhoun, St. Joseph and Allegan Counties.  I pride myself on integrity, honesty and preparation.

I and my staff care about YOUR particular problems. Each person has unique issues and those are important to us.  My legal assistant, Yvonne has been a legal secretary for 16 years and is a great asset and help to my clients.

I am married with 2 grown sons and involved in the community.  I have been a member of the Oshtemo Rotary for 12 years.  I also and been on the Board of Directors for Well Spring Dance and currently a Board Member of the Kalamazoo Bach Festival.  I have been singing in the Bach Festival Choir since 1981.  My wife is a physical therapist specializing in Orthopedic Injuries.
